Mukesh is an entrepreneur and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practitioner with nearly two decades in regulatory compliance, ethics, risk, investigations, forensic technology and legal technology.

He co-founded Lexcare, Lexschool, WhistleSentinel and Digital Business Technology (DB Tech), which builds FraudSentinel360, WhistleSentinel, Mecard.me and BLOCCERT. Through Lexcare he has delivered compliance management and advisory to more than 250 organisations whose clients operate in over 40 countries.

At BDI he co-leads the Risk, Compliance & Regulatory practice and the Governance Tools & Technologies practice, bringing the speak-up, case-management and compliance platforms that BDI deploys and runs for clients on one secure stack. DB Tech's platforms are built to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Through Lexschool he has built Certified Compliance Professional, POSH and Legal-for-Non-Legal programmes, experience that now feeds the Brand Defence Academy.
