Asset tracing to support an execution petition
A creditor had a decree but no visibility of the debtor's assets. Where could recovery actually come from?

The question
The client held a decree against a trading business, its proprietor and an associated firm, but had no clear view of what could be attached.
What we did
We traced title and encumbrances on immovable property, identified bank facilities and primary operating accounts, mapped partnerships and associated entities, and assessed the firm's overall financial standing through records and discreet field enquiries.
The outcome
A supplementary asset tracing report, supported by official encumbrance certificates, gave counsel a prioritised list of assets for the execution petition.
